A familiar way to lay out a run.
FROM is upstream and TO is downstream, following direction of flow. Connection choices select the appropriate takeoff, including run and branch conditions.
Use the names you already use.
Search by common fitting name, size or nickname. Save frequently used fittings as favorites.
A cut list you can actually read.
Label pipe sections, enter the C-C dimension and build a readable list for fabrication and installation.
From layout to cut list
Your layout establishes fitting locations, section labels and center-to-center measurements. The calculator uses the selected fitting takeoffs to determine the connecting pipe length.
FROM fitting → TO fitting → C-C dimension → Cut length
See the Actual Sample →Made for the job.
CAD is helpful, but it isn't required. A clear hand sketch can work too. Use the same section labels on the drawing, in the calculator and on the cut pieces so the information stays easy to follow.
The web calculator is currently in private testing. Desktop and mobile workflows are being refined before release.
